The prices below are to be used as a guide only as we are in the business of tailoring our solutions to your requirements not selling off the shelf uncompromising packages.
  1. Venue Search:
    If you want to plan your own day but are having trouble locating a suitable venue, “Perfect Moments” can help. We can track down an ideal location without you having to visit countless unsuitable venues. “Perfect Moments” will provide a short-list based on your requirements, leaving you with only the best few places to visit.
      Guide Price: £25 per hour
  2. Event Supervision:
    So you've planned your big day, who is going to make sure everything runs to plan on day? Who is going to make sure the tables are decorated properly? Who's going to make sure the caterers are on time and the band set up in the right place. The list is endless. “Perfect Moments” can help. We will meet with you a few weeks before your wedding and together we can go through your plans, making a timetable of events for the day. We will then attend on the day and discretely make sure that everything goes smoothly so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day.
      Guide Price: £399
  3. Partial event planning:
    This is for you if you have already started planning your wedding but are having trouble with key finishing touches. We'll find those last few suppliers and integrate them into the existing plans to complete your perfect day. We can also compliment this service with 'event supervision' if you require.
      Guide Price: £25 per hour.
  4. Complete event planning:
    The whole works. Tell us your dreams and we'll turn them into a reality. You can have as much or as little involvement as you want. We'll source suppliers, venues, produce a timetable, discretely attend the event and provide the most memorable “Perfect Moments” for you and your guests on your big day.
      Guide Price: 10 - 15% of wedding budget.
